Information

From July 1 to 17, 36 fresh graduates from the class of 2026 completed their induction training and officially transitioned into their respective roles. Spanning three weeks, the training program was systematically structured around six core modules: cultural integration, organizational knowledge, safety practice, technical learning, team building, and project practice—designed to help new employees quickly establish a comprehensive professional foundation and strengthen their role-readiness.

I. Orientation & Foundation Building

01 Defining Directions, Anchoring Goals from the Start

At the opening ceremony, Mr. Wang Yunfeng, Vice President of Operations, delivered a welcome address on behalf of the company. He expressed his delight in witnessing the rapid growth of employees who joined just one year ago, and emphasized that a fulfilling career is built on a sense of achievement and belonging. ANWHA upholds the core values of integrity, responsibility, professionalism, and perseverance—fostering a pragmatic and steady culture that values talent development, embraces inclusivity and equality, and encourages experimentation and innovation. He encouraged the new recruits to remain proactive in learning, bold in innovation, and to cultivate a sense of healthy competition to continuously improve themselves. The ceremony also presented the "Growth Pioneer Award" to outstanding employees from the class of 2025, using their achievements as role models to help new hires set clear expectations for their own career trajectories.

02 Systematic Training, Establishing Organizational Norms

Various functional departments delivered sequential sessions covering company introduction, administrative policies, IT system operations, timesheet submission, HR policies, project workflows, financial reimbursement procedures, and the quality management system—comprehensively addressing key touchpoints in daily office operations and cross-functional collaboration. Through systematic instruction, the program helped new employees shorten their information adaptation cycle and accelerate the transition from campus to workplace.

03 Safety as the Cornerstone, Reinforcing Awareness Through Hands-On Practice

The EHS (Environment, Health, and Safety) training focused on workshop operation standards, equipment protection, risk identification, and emergency response, supplemented by practical fire extinguisher drills. Combining theoretical instruction with hands-on practice, the training effectively strengthened new employees' awareness of workplace safety and equipped them with the essential protective and emergency response skills required for their positions, providing necessary safeguards for their subsequent entry into operational worksites.

II. Business Deep-Dive & Collaborative Expansion

01 Engaging with Production Lines, Understanding Technology On-Site

Mr. Wang Pengfei, Vice President of Technology, delivered a dedicated presentation on the company's core technology systems, industrial footprint, and R&D directions, establishing a foundational technical understanding for the new hires. Subsequently, mechanical and electrical engineering leads guided the group through actual production lines, using in-process equipment and project case studies to explain structural design, electrical control, and process implementation fundamentals. This hands-on exposure helped new employees connect theoretical knowledge with real-world applications, enhancing their intuitive understanding of job-specific technical requirements.

02 Deepening Understanding, Clarifying Responsibilities Through Collaboration

Core business units—including mechanical, electrical, software, and vision teams—conducted dedicated sharing sessions on their respective team responsibilities, technical frameworks, and key project directions. These sessions helped new employees clearly distinguish departmental functions and collaborative relationships, define their own positioning and development paths, and provided guidance for subsequent technical learning and role-based practice.

03 Building Collaboration, Forging Cohesion Through Team Tasks

Outdoor team-building exercises were designed around collaborative projects, with groups completing goal-oriented tasks to strengthen communication, coordination, and task execution skills. These activities effectively shortened the team磨合 period, fostered trust and teamwork, and deepened the new employees' identification with ANWHA's core values.

III. Setting Sail for Dreams, A Future Full of Promise

At the closing ceremony, each group delivered systematic presentations on their project task accomplishments, covering technical solutions, execution processes, and team division of labor. Based on comprehensive evaluations—including attendance, assessment scores, team performance, and presentation quality—outstanding groups were recognized with awards. Mr. Wang Yunfeng, Vice President of Operations, presented certificates to the winning teams.

Vice President of Operations Wang Yunfeng, Vice President of Technology Wang Pengfei, General Manager of the Non-Standard Equipment Division Hei Zhibao, and HR Manager Zeng Huimei each offered their words of encouragement, sharing practical advice on cultivating professional habits, accumulating on-site experience, and committing to lifelong learning. They expressed their hope that the new employees would take root in their roles and grow steadily.

The three-week intensive training has drawn to a close, and the journey of youthful endeavor has officially begun. May the ANWHA class of 2026 carry forward what they have gained, immerse themselves in the front lines of technology, hone their skills through hands-on work, and move forward in unison with ANWHA—together building a new future for intelligent manufacturing.
