1）Modular & Quick-Change Design: The production line features a modular and quick-disassembly/reassembly design, enabling rapid redeployment and shortening project timelines while facilitating equipment transportation to meet tight deadlines.

2）Island-Based Layout: The island-style setup allows automatic activation of relevant modules based on different process routes, eliminating the need for bypass solutions and reducing production costs.

3）Local Data Management: Replacing traditional TAG data transmission, the solution adopts local data storage for shim selection and cross-station transfer, cutting hardware costs for code reading/writing while ensuring production functionality without MES reliance.

4）Multi-Axis Fully Automated Housing Assembly: This innovation addresses inconsistent housing assembly in previous projects, enhancing product quality to meet stricter customer requirements.
