Recently, ANWHA's independently developed new-generation fuselage flexible rail drilling equipment successfully passed acceptance at the customer site. The equipment demonstrated outstanding performance in key indicators such as drilling precision consistency and perpendicularity, providing a high-precision, high-reliability, and high-stability automated drilling solution for aviation assembly.

 

The equipment integrates a flexible rail system, a five-axis linkage system, a lubrication and chip suction unit, offline process code generation software, and a machining process management system. It is suitable for drilling and countersinking operations on longitudinal and circumferential seams of various aircraft fuselage specifications, offering excellent process adaptability.

 

Supporting four drilling modes—drilling, drill-countersinking, peck drilling, and peck countersinking—the equipment is equipped with multiple tooling and process options, enabling efficient and multi-process drilling coverage. Through the normal sensing system integrated into the working head, the equipment can automatically detect the surface curvature and posture of the workpiece before drilling, adjusting the spindle direction in real time to ensure perpendicularity and depth control on complex surfaces, meeting the stringent standards of the aviation industry.

 

Additionally, the equipment integrates auxiliary functions such as color marker pens, laser indicators, vision cameras, and dedicated lighting, enabling clear reference identification and pre-verification of hole positions. These features significantly enhance the reliability and operational convenience during the drilling preparation phase.

 

The successful acceptance of this fuselage flexible rail drilling equipment reflects ANWHA's innovative R&D capabilities and engineering implementation strength in the field of aviation equipment.
