The new generation 48V cylindrical battery module smart assembly line incorporates dual 3D visual positioning and layer-height grating detection technology during the large-pack cell feeding process, significantly improving pickup accuracy. The stacking station utilizes high-precision linear motors to achieve high-speed and stable stacking of single cells in just 5 seconds. The entire line features a quick-disconnect and quick-assembly design, enabling pre-assembly in the factory and rapid reassembly at the customer site, ensuring efficient delivery.
