As the summer heat blazes, an even more vibrant energy surges through ANWHA’s campus—45 fresh graduates of the Class of 2025 step into the workplace with eager anticipation, embarking on a two-week onboarding journey that marks their first transformation from campus to career. From cultural immersion to business integration, from team-building to setting sail together, this meticulously designed growth experience is not only the prologue to their professional story but also ANWHA’s warmest welcome to its "new lifeblood."

Anchoring at ANWHA: Laying the Foundation for a Career Journey
 

At the opening ceremony of the 2025 graduate onboarding program, ANWHA’s CEO Mao Peiyan took the newcomers through the company’s development history and outlined its strategic priorities for the future. Addressing the new hires, CEO Mao shared her encouragement: "Take ANWHA as your anchor at this new starting point in your career. Embrace lifelong learning, dare to explore the unknown, and courageously stride forward to carve out new paths in life."

Two Weeks of Growth: Accelerating from Classmates to Comrades

To equip the new employees with a solid understanding of the company’s culture, policies, and operations, ANWHA organized an intensive and enriching training program.

Week One: Immersion
Wang Pengfei, Vice President of Technology, along with department heads, experts, and seasoned employees, shared their knowledge through lectures, simulations, team-building activities, and workplace safety training—accelerating cultural adaptation and team cohesion.

Week Two: Integration
The focus shifted to hands-on experience, including production line internships, facility tours, and practical skill development, bridging theory with practice. Throughout the process, teams collaborated seamlessly on assigned tasks, demonstrating the power of teamwork.
 

As the newcomers grew more familiar with one another, they exchanged ideas and strengths in a relaxed yet dynamic atmosphere. Through laughter and sweat, sparks of teamwork ignited, paving the way for a shared future.

At the closing ceremony, Wang Yunfeng, Vice President of Operations, left the new employees with these words: "ANWHA is fertile ground for talent development.
