On August 11, the aero-engine digital assembly project independently developed and holistically designed by ANWHA successfully passed the factory pre-acceptance inspection. The full set of equipment has been loaded and officially dispatched to the project production site, where it will soon be deployed for the assembly of aero-engine core components.

Self-Developed Aero-Engine Assembly Line, Ready for Commissioning

The delivered production line deeply integrates lean modular design principles with digital intelligent control technologies, incorporating multi-degree-of-freedom high-precision tooling, intelligent torque tightening and data acquisition, full-process traceability, and a digital twin visual management and control system. It comprehensively covers the entire workflow from aero-engine assembly to precision inspection.

I. Lean Modular Integrated Design

Built upon a mature standardized equipment product framework, the line features a common mechanical architecture and a standardized electrical control platform, significantly reducing non-standard customization workloads. This approach ensures high equipment reliability while delivering advantages in delivery efficiency and cost control.

II. End-to-End Digital Quality Traceability

Core process data—including assembly torque, press-fit curves, and assembly clearances—are collected in real time and permanently archived, establishing a dedicated digital production file for every engine. This fully meets the stringent compliance and acceptance requirements of the aviation industry.

III. Flexible Digital Production Model

The line is adaptable to the co-production of multiple aero-engine models on the same assembly line. Workstations are equipped with digital guided operation terminals that effectively prevent human assembly errors and substantially improve the first-time yield of complete engine assemblies.
