The key processes include: module assembly, laser welding, conveying system, module loading into the box, box loading onto the line, glue dispensing system, standard assembly stations, and finished battery pack off-line.

-E-DRIVE LINE SOLUTION
The key processes include: heating sleeve station & stator assembly station, middle housing-rotor assembly station & rear housing-rotor sub-assembly station, stator-rotor assembly station, motor final assembly tightening & testing station, shaft system sub-assembly station, gear-shaft measurement station, multi-in-one assembly station, and testing station & final assembly automatic off-line.
