Recently, the battery pack production line of a well-known automobile group in Thailand undertaken by Anwha has been successfully delivered to the Thai factory. The first stage of installation and commissioning has been completed, and it will enter the next stage of trial production. Anwha follows the "Belt and Road" to help the transformation and upgrading of the manufacturing industry!

　　The batteries produced by this PACK battery pack intelligent assembly line that goes abroad will be used in hybrid models, and it is planned to be compatible with pure electric models in the second half of next year. The line was first designed, installed and debugged in the Anwha Wujiang factory according to the 1:1 layout of the customer's site. After passing the customer's pre-acceptance, it was shipped to the Thailand factory for restoration. The project team went to Thailand in November for installation and commissioning and continued optimization to ensure the normal production of the assembly line.

　　The entire battery pack intelligent assembly line has two major features:

　　First, focus on personalized customization and flexible production. Through flexible and agile production, it can respond to the rapid changes in market demand, so as to flexibly adjust the production scale and meet the needs of users in a timely and effective manner. For example, it can be compatible with the production of battery packs for hybrid vehicles and battery packs for pure electric vehicles;

　　Second, focus on factory data and intelligent production models. In the process of informatization processing, the data is completely connected and shared and transmitted in real time, which completely replaces the manual conversion and paper transmission in traditional production. In the aspect of intelligent production line, based on the implementation of MES (manufacturing enterprise production process execution management system), WMS (warehouse management system) and other systems, through the reading and interaction of information, combined with automation equipment, the intelligent manufacturing process is realized.
