(1) Automation of material incoming and feeding of production line: According to the factory production plan, MES system is mobilized, and unmanned feeding and unloading are realized between the warehouse and the production line. The ingredients of the production line are picked up by the AGV in the vertical warehouse, automatically conveyed and positioned at the edge of the production line, and the robot automatically grabs and loads the material; after the motor assembly is completed, the robot grasping assembly is placed on the AGV material car, and transported by the AGV to the vertical warehouse, automatically warehousing;
(2) Production line workpiece handling gripper-quick-change type: The robot handling gripper adopts quick-change disk to realize multiple workpieces (rotor iron core, rotor shaft, magnetic isolation plate, gearbox assembly, stator assembly, casing , controller assembly, motor assembly) loading, unloading and handling; later model changes have high scalability;
(3) Stator and rotor assembly station: This station completes the assembly of stator (with casing) and rotor (with gearbox). The central guide rod effectively avoids magnetized rotor and stator adsorption, and stator (with casing) The flexible floating clamping mechanism can effectively avoid scratches caused by non-concentricity (workpiece error) during the assembly process of the casing and the gearbox;
(4) Performance test station of the whole machine: three-in-one test of motor, electronic control and reducer; real-time monitoring of working conditions at different speeds; replacement of motor adapter board, compatible with multi-model performance test.
