  This line is used in the automatic production of electric drive controllers for new energy vehicles. The main equipment includes the main line of the double-speed chain, island workstations, voltage tests, hoists, aging rooms, aging test systems, air-cooled stations, insulation withstand voltage tests, Complete machine test, packaging line, etc.

  Assembly: The production line can realize mixed-line production of different varieties through the combination of island structure and double-speed chain. Each variety has corresponding control procedures. Specifically, the process of 5 products is classified and analyzed through the central control system. For the installation process of each product, 34 standardized island workbenches are divided into several process consoles, and 5 products correspond to 5 sets of distribution schemes. The central control system records the schemes in advance and stores them in the industrial control computer of the central control system. For the production of new products, you only need to enter a new process distribution plan into the control system, so that the 34 standard islands can adapt to the assembly or mixed-line assembly of any similar products, and truly realize flexible production;

  test:

  Aging test system: The aging test temperature of the whole machine is 60℃, and it needs to provide 0~600V adjustable voltage power supply. The tray is placed on the aging rack and automatically connected to the test connector for power supply testing. The aging time is 4 to 4.5 hours. During the aging process, the voltage collected by the controller is directly transmitted to the upper computer and bound with the RFID of the tray. The upper computer judges whether the product is qualified or unqualified in the aging process.

  Safety test system: The safety test system is divided into three parts: power frequency withstand voltage, DC withstand voltage test, and insulation test. When the tooling board arrives at the test station, RFID reads the information of the workpiece and transmits it to the industrial computer. The operator at the station completes the wiring before the test and starts the test. The test system automatically completes the test and completes the test data recording. After the test is completed, the operator disassembles the test wiring, and the tested workpiece enters the next test process. For the unqualified product, the system prompts an alarm for the unqualified test and transfers to the repair area.

  Whole machine function test: realize automatic test (equipped with special machine to realize automatic connection and disconnection, automatic detection, automatic data analysis) motor controller (including solar controller).
