The whole line is compatible with 28 kinds of body carbon fiber covering parts, with a production capacity of 5,000 pieces/year (1.5*1.9M parts) and an area of ​​20,000 square meters. The whole line adopts the prepreg thermoforming process, which is a complete solution from raw material, refrigeration, thermoforming, trimming and opening, automatic gluing, automatic assembly, static curing, blue light detection to the final product off-line.
