  Mr. Xu elaborated on Anwha's assembly and testing solutions in the field of new energy vehicle motors from two aspects: motor controller assembly line and three-in-one motor assembly line. Anwha has entered the field of new energy since 2013, mainly focusing on the assembly and testing of modules and PACK (battery packs), and then continued to expand the assembly and testing of motor controllers and three-in-one motors, and accumulated many large projects. case.

  1. Motor controller assembly solution: The whole line includes three independent production lines: optional welding line, general assembly line and test line. The equipment includes selective welding, AOI, tightening, dust cleaning, gluing, handling, testing, etc. The production products are single-motor controllers and can produce dual-motor controllers at the same time. Adopt lean production concept to save space and cost for customers.

  1) The selection of bonding wires mainly completes the assembly, welding, testing, etc. of IGBT modules and EMC capacitors. The core of the motor controller is the IGBT module, which is assembled by selective welding process. The wire body adopts a double-layer structure, and the upper layer of the empty tray returns, which can effectively save the space of the lower wire body; the track tray adopts an automatic type changing mechanism, and the production line is switched quickly;

  2) General assembly line: the line body adopts a double-layer structure, and the upper layer of the empty tray returns, which can effectively save the space of the lower line body; the line body adopts double-track independent circulation, and the production of single-electronic control and two-track can increase the production capacity. It can be stretched as a production line; the double-track pallet adopts an independent automatic type changing mechanism, which can meet the mixed production line of the production line. Break the traditional fixed thinking, improve production capacity and space utilization;

  3) Test line: The line body adopts three independent single-layer circulating line body structure, and the product circulates on the three-segment line body through the robot; the tray in the heating room only circulates in the heating room, which can greatly reduce the heat brought out and reduce the energy consumption. Consumption; the robot has visual positioning, and the tray in the heating room does not need to be changed when changing models.

  2. Three-in-one motor assembly solution: adopt intelligent automation, high flexibility and high scalability to adjust the trial production line in the future to adapt to the production line of subsequent new models put into production. The equipment design of the whole line is based on the concept of independent manufacturing island, which can easily expand the system structure and add modules to form a larger manufacturing system when production requires;

  The whole line is equipped with MES information management and traceability system to realize the management of the whole production process; intelligent production pulls between each line body, monitoring production status and equipment status, and can issue self-diagnosis information reports; introducing the concept of industrial design, the appearance and structure of the equipment Consistent, the overall protection is beautiful and visualized.

  1) Automatic material incoming and feeding of production line: According to the factory production plan, MES system is mobilized, and unmanned feeding and unloading are realized between the warehouse and the production line. The ingredients of the production line are picked up by the AGV in the vertical warehouse, automatically conveyed and positioned at the edge of the production line, and the robot automatically grabs and loads the material; after the motor assembly is completed, the robot grabbing assembly is placed on the AGV material car, and transported by the AGV to the vertical warehouse, automatically warehousing;

  2) Production line workpiece handling gripper-quick-change type: The robot handling gripper adopts quick-change discs to realize multiple workpieces (rotor iron core, rotor shaft, magnetic isolation plate, gearbox assembly, stator assembly, casing, Controller assembly, motor assembly) loading, unloading and handling; later model changes are highly scalable;

  3) Stator and rotor assembly station: This station completes the assembly of stator (with casing) and rotor (with gearbox), the central guide rod effectively avoids magnetized rotor and stator adsorption, and the stator (with casing) is flexible The floating clamping mechanism can effectively avoid scratches caused by non-concentricity (workpiece error) during the assembly process of the casing and the gearbox;

  4) Performance test station of the whole machine: three-in-one test of motor, electronic control and reducer; real-time monitoring of working conditions at different speeds; replacement of motor adapter board, compatible with multi-model performance test.
